The following terms apply to purchase from mymarvellous.com. When you use the website or purchase from our online store, an agreement is made between you and MM Socks & Accessories AB (My Marvellous®). We encourage all customers to read and make themselves aware of these terms and conditions. Please note that there may be discrepancies in color rendering for our images and we can not guarantee that the colors you see on the screen exactly match their true appearance.
When ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to the specified e-mail address. Be sure to enter the correct e-mail address when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and complete. If you do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail, contact us before placing a new order at firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal. The following cards can be used: VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. All prices are shown exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on country. As of right now, all prices are shown in SEK. Additional fees and taxes in your country may apply to non-EU countries. Please contact the customs in your country to find out if any other charges may apply.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Goods are shipped on non-holiday Monday to Friday within 5 working days, provided the product is in stock. With Posten's Varubrev your shipment usually arrive within three business days. However, we are not responsible for the handling of the freight company since that is beyond our control and we do not accept any financial liability for any delays caused by them.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The right to return and/or replace ordered goods applies to all private consumers, provided that this is done within 30 days of the date of the order. This applies only if My Marvellous® has been notified within this period, and if the product can be returned in the same state as it was received. Contact us for the right course of action. Enter your order number in all correspondence. Use our contact form or send an e-mail to email@example.com. The consumer pays for the return shipping and you are responsible for the shipment until the shipment arrives at our facility. Because of this, the recommendation is that you send the package traceable. In case of receiving your money back, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. If the terms for returns are not met, we reserve ourselves the right to reject returns or replacements. If My Marvellous® products are purchased outside www.mymarvellous.com, we do not handle returns and replacements for these. If applicable, we refer to the store where you purchased your product. Items purchased in our e-commerce can not be returned or exchanged from our retailers.
If you did not receive the order you should contact us as soon as possible. When contacting us you need to enter your name, address, order number and a description of your case. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. Use the contact form on our website or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All intellectual property rights on the site are owned by MM Socks & Accessories AB/My Marvellous®. Use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage of the content for commercial purposes, is prohibited without permission from MM Socks & Accessories AB. On the website www.mymarvellous.com there may be user-generated content from, for example, Social Media. We do not claim ownership rights in such content (photos, videos, etc.) and do not take legal responsibility for it. In the event of suspected copyright infringement or other rights, or if you are otherwise violated by such content, please contact us. The www.mymarvellous.com website, Instagram @mymarvellous2012, Facebook and LinkedIn may include user generated content, for example social media applications. My Marvellous does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
My Marvellous® is not responsible for situations caused by external circumstances such as war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, labor conflicts, electrical/tele/data communications or other communication or delay in subcontracting services due to this specified circumstance. Such circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other penalties. In the event of such a situation, Customer is informed at the beginning and at the end of the current situation. For longer than two months' duration of circumstance stated here, both the Customer and My Marvellous® have the right to cancel the purchase.
